Aims of the Association
Welcome to the ASSOCIAZIONE NAZIONALE DOCENTI DI ANGLISTICA (ANDA). This association was founded in 2007 to promote and foster the advancement of research as well as the teaching and study of literatures in English and cultural studies at Italian universities. The association has a pro-active role as voice for these scholarly fields in academic bodies and for the Ministry of Education, University and Research. The Association organizes and promotes conferences, seminars, and similar events; it publishes conference proceedings, booklets, and other materials useful for the achievement of its objectives.
Membership
Membership of the Society shall be open to all persons interested in the aims of the Society. PhDs (especially Postdoctoral research assistants and lecturers) may apply to become members as SOCI/E CORRISPONDENTI upon the recommendation of a member of the association and only upon presentation of a full CV and list of publications. The application will be evaluated by the Steering Committee.
